The brokerage crypto company Bity has filed a legal complaint against the Swiss Financial Market Operations Supervision Authority (FINMA) due to unreasonable limits on transactions with digital assets.

The firm reported the lawsuit when it initiated fundraising for legal costs.

Bity challenged the monthly limits of 1,000 CHF (~$1,152) on cryptocurrency transactions for clients who have not passed KYC procedures. Previously, the limit was 5000 CHF (~$5762).
