According to ENF CEO Yves La Rose, the organization is preparing a class action against the firm for “non-fulfillment of investment obligations” for the specified amount.

The head of ENF noted that BlockOne is seeking settlement of another group claim through the payment of $22 million. Prior to that, the company rejected the agreement reached with investors to withdraw the claim for $27.5 million.

La Rose also warned that participants in the previous review of claims against Block.on will have to abandon their previous claims in order to be eligible for possible payments under the new claim.

In May, the CEO of ENF recalled that the company promised to invest $1 billion in the project out of $4.2 billion raised during the ICO in 2018.
