A typical crypto trader from Europe is a man of 30-40 years. The age group of 30-40 years is represented by 53% of respondents. Younger than 30 years – 32%. This corresponds to the global trend, where the majority of crypto investors are millennials.
Men among eurotraders turned out to be 93%. This is higher than the global indicator. The situation in the Netherlands is slightly better: 11% of the country’s traders are women.
Most cryptocurrency traders from Europe are newbies:
- 53% have been on the market for less than a year;
- 41% in the market from 2 to 5 years.
This is a positive signal. He points to the growing interest in digital assets. At the same time, many participants consider crypto trading a hobby with additional income.
